Liam is a shining example of the saying “work hard in silence, and let your results speak for themselves”. 🥇🥇🥇 He goes about training diligently and without fanfare, showing up and doing his best. He’s as humble as they come, and as down to earth as you get - so we’ll brag on his behalf. 😜 He’s had a cracker of a year, starting off with a super speedy Oceans Ultra where he scored a sub 4h30 on his first ever ultra! 🏆 He then followed this up with an even more mind-blowing Comrades debut of 8h30, showing he not only has speed but a knack for distance too! We couldn’t be more proud.
Q) Fave race to date?
A) Cape Town Marathon. This was my first marathon in 2022 when I started running. Naturally, it was tough, but I will never forget the lessons learnt and knowing how much progress has been made since then. There is also an exciting build up to the race because it’s the last major race on the road race calendar with many people running it as their first marathon, which is always nice to see.
